Consent to Health Data Processing

Why is health data needed?

The «Essest» mobile app enables Trainers to create personalised training programmes for Clients. For a programme to be safe, effective and tailored to individual needs, the Trainer needs information about the Client’s health status.

Without this data, it is impossible to correctly assess physical limitations, select appropriate loads and avoid health risks. Therefore, providing health information is an important condition for delivering quality services within the App.

✅ Legal basis: Processing of special categories of personal data (health data) is only permitted with the separate written consent of the User in accordance with Article 10 of Law No. 152‑FZ.

What health data is collected?

In accordance with clause 3.1 of the Privacy Policy, the Operator collects the following information falling under the special category:

✏️ Please note: Health data is voluntary to provide, but without it the Trainer cannot create a safe and personalised training programme. You may always refuse to provide this information, but in that case the App’s functionality will be limited.

How is health data used?

The collected health data is used exclusively for:

  • Creating individual training programmes taking into account contraindications and limitations;
  • Adjusting loads during the training process based on well‑being dynamics;
  • Preventing risks to the User’s life and health during exercise;
  • Trainer‑Client interaction within the training diary and messaging.

Data is not shared with third parties without the User’s explicit consent and is not used for marketing or any other commercial purposes unrelated to the training process.
