If you're having trouble signing in to the app, follow the steps below. Most issues are resolved within a few minutes.
1. Error 400 (Bad Request) on login
What it means:
If you see a 400 error, it means that no user with that email address exists in our system.
What to do:
- Double‑check the spelling of your email (typos, letter case, domain – e.g.
@gmail.com vs @gmail.ru). - Make sure you're using the same email you used when you registered.
- If you're certain you registered but we can't find your email – you probably entered it incorrectly during sign‑up. Try registering again – the system will tell you if the email is already taken.
2. Other common issues
Incorrect password
Tap “Forgot password?” – a recovery link will be sent to your email within 1–2 minutes (check your Spam folder).
Verification code / link not arriving
- Wait 3–5 minutes – delivery can sometimes be delayed.
- Check your Spam or Junk folder.
- Make sure your mailbox isn't full.
Account blocked
If you receive a block notice, it may be due to a violation of our terms of service or suspicious activity. To unblock your account, contact support (see below).
3. Step‑by‑step plan if nothing works
- Restart the app completely (swipe it away from the background and reopen it).
- Check your internet connection – try opening any website in your browser.
- Update the app to the latest version from the App Store.
- Try logging in from another device (iPhone or iPad) or a mobile browser (if a web version is available) – this helps determine if the issue is with your account or your device.
- If you're using a VPN, turn it off while logging in.
4. Contact the developers
If you've followed all the steps and the issue persists, please write to us.
Please include the following in your message:
- The email address you're trying to use.
- The exact error message (or a screenshot).
- Your device model (iPhone) and iOS version, e.g. iPhone 14, iOS 17.2.
- The approximate time when the problem occurred.
Important: We reply to all inquiries within 10 business days. Technical questions about app bugs are also handled via this same email – please don't send them through other channels so we don't lose your request.
